"It's a gem, honestly," said New Milford's Will Esposito.
"I love the selection of fresh produce and hot foods. It pretty much has everything you need."

Walk through on any given day and help yourself to nearly a dozen free samples. They make several varieties of home-cooked meals (and will cater).
Shoppers can choose from a variety of ready-made salads or make their own at the salad bar.
They even have prepackaged pizza dough and sauce, leaving the toppings up to you.
Customers are raving about the market's hot-food bar, grab-and-go section and bakery -- complete with a coffee bar.
The marketplace has become known for its own creations, like its variety of quinoa salads (quinoa with corn, quinoa with cranberries, quinoa with black beans and mozzarella).
